- When a Safe Brake Module is used: check its connection and replace the Safe Brake Module.
- When a Safe Brake Adapter (SBA) is used: check the SBA connection and replace the SBA if required.

- 10 and 11 — opening the holding brake failed: no brake is connected or a wire is broken (with p1278 = 1 you can check whether the brake opens), or the brake cable has a ground fault.
