What it means

A35413 is raised by the temperature sensing of the Terminal Module 150 (TM150): the temperature measured on channel 7 and held in r4105[7] has exceeded the alarm threshold stored in p4102[14]. The drive takes no automatic action on this alarm — it only signals that the threshold was crossed. Depending on how the drive is configured, the same condition can also be output as a fault or as a message with no reaction.

Why it appears

  • The temperature measured using the temperature sensing of the Terminal Module 150 (TM150), held in r4105[7], has exceeded the threshold value in p4102[14] that initiates this alarm.

What to check

  1. Read the actual temperature of channel 7 in r4105[7]. The alarm value r2124, interpreted decimal, shows the temperature present when the alarm was initiated (in 0.1 °C).
  2. If the sensor type in p4100[7] is set to PTC thermistor or Bimetallic NC contact (p4100[7] = 1 or 4), read the sensor resistance in r4101[7]: above 1650 ohms the drive sets r4105[7] to 250 °C, at 1650 ohms or below to -50 °C, so the displayed temperature follows directly from the resistance.
  3. Allow the temperature sensor to cool down to below p4102[14] minus the hysteresis in p4118[7]. The alarm then clears by itself.

Reading the message value

  • Alarm value r2124, interpret decimal: the temperature actual value at the time the alarm was initiated, given in 0.1 °C.

Parameters the manual names

Acknowledging and restarting

No acknowledgment is required for the alarm: as soon as the sensor has cooled to below p4102[14] minus the hysteresis in p4118[7], the message clears on its own. If the drive is configured to issue the same condition as a fault, the fault is acknowledged immediately (POWER ON).
