  2. In the data set assigned to Encoder 2, make sure an encoder type is selected — the alarm is raised when p0400 = 0.
  3. Check the encoder data in that data set for validity, for example that the rotary encoder pulse number p0408 is not 0.
  4. On S120 and S150, the manual additionally refers to p2502 (LR encoder assignment) in the remedy for this alarm.
