A07584 — Encoder 1: Position setting value activated

A07584 «Encoder 1: Position setting value activated» reports that the position actual value of encoder 1 is currently being set rather than measured: while binector input p2514 carries a 1 signal, the drive adopts the value supplied at connector input p2515 as the position actual value. The alarm is present exactly while this setting is active. Because the actual value is forced to the setting value during this time, a possible system deviation cannot be corrected. The List Manuals for the G130/G150 and for the S120/S150 describe the code with the same cause and the same remedy.

• Binector input p2514 has a 1 signal; while it does, the position actual value is set to the value received via connector input p2515.
• A possible system deviation cannot be corrected while the setting is active.

1. No remedy is necessary — the manuals state this explicitly.
2. The alarm withdraws itself as soon as binector input p2514 returns to the 0 signal; nothing else has to be done for it to clear.

• p2514 — BI: LR activate position actual value setting / s_act setting act. This binector input switches the setting on with the 1 signal and ends it, together with the alarm, with the 0 signal.
• p2515 — CI: LR position actual setting setting value / s_act set setVal. The connector input whose value is adopted as the position actual value while p2514 = 1.

No acknowledgement is required: the alarm is automatically withdrawn as soon as binector input p2514 returns to the 0 signal. Until then it stays displayed while the position actual value setting is active.
