What it means
The drive raises F07435 when the ramp-function generator is operated in a way that sensorless vector control does not permit: during operation with sensorless vector control (r1407.1) the ramp-function generator was stopped (p1141) or bypassed (p1122), and an internal setting command of the ramp-function generator output froze the setpoint speed — or the command was not able to be realized. Depending on the drive's configuration, the same condition can also be issued with no reaction (N).
Why it appears
- During operation with sensorless vector control (r1407.1) the ramp-function generator was stopped (p1141): an internal setting command of the ramp-function generator output caused the setpoint speed to be frozen (the S120/S150 and G130/G150 descriptions add: or the command was not able to be realized).
- In the S120/S150 and G130/G150 descriptions the cause list is broader: the ramp-function generator was bypassed (p1122) during sensorless vector operation.
- Also for these drive objects: the drive is switched on with flying restart activated (p1200) and the ramp-function generator is bypassed (p1122) at the same time.
What to check
- Deactivate the holding command for the ramp-function generator (p1141) so it is no longer stopped during sensorless vector operation.
- Do not bypass the ramp-function generator (p1122) — this step comes from the S120/S150 and G130/G150 remedy.
- If the ramp-function generator is held using jogging while the speed setpoint is simultaneously inhibited (r0898.6), suppress the fault via p2101 and p2119 — the manual calls this necessary in exactly that case.
- Check the setpoint routing: for sensorless vector control
it is not practical to read in the main setpoint of the speed control via p1155 or p1160
(p0922). Inject the main setpoint before the ramp-function generator (p1070) instead, because the RFG output is set automatically when transitioning from closed-loop speed controlled into open-loop speed controlled operation.

Acknowledging and restarting
