F07437 — Free tec_ctrl 1 actual value limited

F07437 means that the actual value of the free technology controller 1 has reached the limit set for it. Which of the two limits was reached — the upper or the lower one — is shown by the fault value in r0949. The signal that serves the controller as its actual value is selected via connector input p11164. Depending on the drive configuration, the same condition can also be output as an alarm (A). As a fault it trips the drive — OFF1 is the set response (IASC/DCBRK, OFF2, OFF3 or NONE can be selected instead) — and the message must be acknowledged immediately.

• The actual value of the free technology controller 1 has reached its limit: with fault value 1 the upper limit, with fault value 2 the lower limit.

1. Adapt the limit settings to the actual value signal — upper limit in p11167, lower limit in p11168.
2. Check the scaling of the actual value signal.
3. Check the signal source setting for the actual value in p11164.

• Read the fault value in r0949 and interpret it as a decimal number.
• 1 — the actual value has reached the upper limit.
• 2 — the actual value has reached the lower limit.

• p11164 (CI: Free tec_ctrl 1 actual value signal source) — sets the signal source from which free technology controller 1 takes its actual value; check this setting when the actual value runs into a limit.
• p11167 (Ftec1 act v up lim) — upper limit of the free technology controller 1 actual value; adapt it to the actual value signal.
• p11168 (Ftec1 act v lo lim) — lower limit of the free technology controller 1 actual value; adapt it to the actual value signal.
• r0949 (fault value) — read here, interpreted as a decimal number, to see whether the upper limit (1) or the lower limit (2) was reached.

Remove the cause first, then acknowledge the fault immediately. The drive can only be restarted once the fault message has been cleared.
