Why it appears
An attempt was made to determine a conversion factor for a scaling that does not exist.
The requested BICO interconnection itself was established, but the conversion between BICO output and BICO input is made using the reference values — and no scaling is available for it.- Output and input lie in different drive objects and are normalized to different units, for example a BICO output with a voltage normalized unit feeding a BICO input with a current normalized unit. The drive then forms the factor p2002/p2001 between output and input, where p2002 contains the reference value for current and p2001 the reference value for voltage.
- Output and input carry the same normalized unit but sit in different drive objects whose reference values differ, for example a voltage-normalized output in DO1 and a voltage-normalized input in DO2 whose voltage reference values (p2001) have different values. The drive then forms the factor p2001(DO1)/p2001(DO2).
What to check
- Apply a scaling, or check the transfer value of the affected BICO interconnection — this is the remedy the manual gives for the code.
- Use the fault value to locate the point of trouble: it names the unit (for example the unit corresponding to SPEED) for which the factor was sought, and in the G120XA decoding it contains the parameter number of the BICO input (signal sink).
- Examine the connected BICO output and input for the constellations described above: different drive objects with different normalized units, or the same unit with different reference values (p2001, p2002) in the two objects.

Correct the BICO interconnection first (apply the scaling or check the transfer value), then power the converter down and up and restart the drive.
