What it means

F32161 reports that the input voltage of the analog sensor connected as Encoder 2 has left the range the drive can process, so channel B of the sensor no longer delivers a usable actual value. The manuals for the G130/G150 and the S120/S150 describe this fault identically. The drive records which limit was violated as a decimal fault value in r0949. Depending on how the drive is configured, the same condition can also be signaled as an alarm or with no automatic reaction.

Why it appears

  • The voltage applied at the input of the analog sensor is outside the limits the drive permits for evaluating the encoder signal.

What to check
