Why it appears

- On a Power Module of the S120, S150, G130 and G150: p9500 and p9300 are not identical, which shows up together with Safety message C30711 — this is fault value 2 hex.
- For 200000 hex or 400000 hex (G120 additionally 4000yy hex): a fault during the running booting/operation; further values indicate a defect that already existed before the previous boot.
What to check
- Read the fault value in r0949 as a hexadecimal number and find your case below.
- Perform a POWER ON: switch the converter off and back on. This step belongs to every fault value.
- For 40 hex: either move both DIP switches on the Power Module to "OFF" — this deactivates the STO_A/STO_B terminals — or enable the "STO via terminals at the Power Module" function.
- For 2 hex: compare p9500 with p9300; both must carry the same value (this applies when Safety message C30711 appears alongside).
- For 400000 hex: make sure the Control Unit is physically connected to the Power Module.
- For 4000yy hex on the G120: make sure the Control Unit is physically connected to the Power Module and deselect the "STO via terminals at the Power Module" function.
- Should the fault return: update the firmware to a newer version and then get in touch with Technical Support.

If F30665 returns, update the firmware to a newer version and get in touch with Technical Support.
