F07754 — Drive: Incorrect shutoff valve configuration

F07754 tells you that the drive has checked the configuration of the Safety Integrated (SI) shutoff valve function and found it inconsistent. The fault value, readable as a decimal number in r0949, identifies which of the three consistency rules was broken. All three are configuration checks: one compares the SI enable with the shutoff valve availability in p0218, the other two compare the manipulated variable inhibit time p0230 with the wait times provided for evaluating the valve's feedback signal contacts (p9625/p9825). The fault therefore points to parameterization, not to a defective component.

• 100 — Safety Integrated is enabled (p9601/p9801) while p0218 bit 0 is 0, i.e. the configuration contains no shutoff valve.
• 101 — the manipulated variable inhibit time p0230 is set shorter than the wait time p9625[0]/p9825[0] that is provided for evaluating the feedback signal contacts when the shutoff valve is switched on.
• 102 — the same timing mismatch at switch-off: p0230 is shorter than the wait time p9625[1]/p9825[1].

1. Read the fault value in r0949 as a decimal number to see which check failed: 100, 101 or 102.
2. For 100, compare the SI enable in p9601/p9801 with p0218 bit 0; SI enabled together with p0218 bit 0 = 0 is not a valid combination, so align the two settings.
3. For 101, raise p0230 so that it is greater than the switch-on wait time p9625[0] (CU) or p9825[0] (MM).
4. For 102, raise p0230 so that it is greater than the switch-off wait time p9625[1] (CU) or p9825[1] (MM).

• The drive enters the value into r0949; interpret it as a decimal number.
• 100: SI is enabled (p9601/p9801) although p0218 bit 0 = 0 — the shutoff valve is not available.
• 101: p0230 is less than p9625[0]/p9825[0] — inhibit time below the wait time for evaluating the feedback contacts at switch-on.
• 102: p0230 is less than p9625[1]/p9825[1] — the same relation at switch-off.

• r0949 — holds the fault value; read it as a decimal to identify 100, 101 or 102.
• p9601 — SI enable integrated in the drive at the Control Unit (CU); with fault value 100 it is active although the valve is not configured.
• p9801 — the same SI enable at the Motor Module (MM); check it alongside p9601 when the fault value is 100.
• p0218 — cylinder safety configuration; bit 0 must report an available shutoff valve whenever SI is enabled.
• p0230 — manipulated variable inhibit time; for fault values 101 and 102 it must be set above the corresponding wait time.
• p9625 — SI HLA shutoff valve wait time (CU); index 0 covers switching on and index 1 switching off, and p0230 has to exceed the relevant value.
• p9825 — SI HLA shutoff valve wait time (MM); the Motor Module counterpart of p9625, relevant when the enable is done at the MM.

Remove the cause first: while the inconsistent configuration stands, the fault reappears. After the correction, acknowledge the fault and restart the drive; the acknowledgement printed for this code is POWER ON, so the converter is switched off and on again before the next start.
