F07755 — Drive: travel to fixed end stop without force controller

F07755 is raised when the function "Travel to fixed end stop" (p1545) is selected although neither a "Force controller" nor "Force limiting" has been activated in p1400. The manual states the reason plainly: With these settings, the drive would be traversed with maximum force against the end stop. The condition therefore flags an end-stop approach that would run without any force monitoring. Depending on the drive's configuration, the same condition can also be output only as an alarm or without any reaction.

• The function "Travel to fixed end stop" has been selected via p1545.
• Neither the force controller nor force limiting has been activated in p1400 at the same time.
• With this combination the drive would be traversed with maximum force against the end stop.

1. If the function is not required, deactivate "Travel to end stop" via p1545.
2. Alternatively, activate the force controller by setting p1400.14 = 1.
3. Or activate force limiting, mode 1 or mode 2, by setting p1400.0 = 1, p1400.1 = 1.

• p1545 — "BI: Activates travel to a fixed stop / TfS activation": this is where the travel to fixed end stop function is selected; return it to the deactivated state here if the function should not be used.
• p1400 — "Closed-loop control configuration / Ctrl config": the force controller (p1400.14) and force limiting, mode 1 or mode 2 (p1400.0, p1400.1), must be switched on here before the end-stop function is selected.

Once the setting has been corrected as described above, acknowledge the fault and start the drive again; the acknowledgment is due immediately. In the variants in which the condition appears only as an alarm or as a message without reaction, the manual specifies no acknowledgment.
