F07518 — Drive: Motor data set changeover incorrectly parameterized

F07518 is raised when the drive identifies that two motor data sets were parameterized incorrectly. As parameterized, It is not possible to toggle between motor data sets. The cause lies in the parameterization/configuration, and the drive takes no automatic action — the changeover simply cannot be executed until the motor data sets are corrected.

3. Compare r0315 and p1982 between the two motor data sets under the same rule.
4. Check the assignment of motors and contactors in p0827.
5. Correct the parameterization of the motor data sets, as the remedy requires.

• The drive stores the fault value in r0949; interpret it in hexadecimal as xxxxyyyy.
• xxxx — first DDS with assigned MDS.
• yyyy — second DDS with assigned MDS.

• r0949 — fault value; read it in hexadecimal to identify the two DDS/MDS combinations the drive is complaining about.
• r0313 — motor pole pair number that the drive calculates from p0314, p0310 and p0311; compare it between the two motor data sets.
• r0315 — must carry the same value in both motor data sets unless each data set is assigned a different motor.
• p1982 — must carry the same value in both motor data sets unless each data set is assigned a different motor.
• p0827 — assigns the motors and contactors for the changeover; verify this assignment when the fault appears.
