F07516 — Drive: Re-commission the data set

F07516 is raised when the assignment between a drive data set and the motor data set (p0186) or between the drive data set and the encoder data set (p0187) has been modified. As a result of this change, the drive data set concerned is no longer commissioned and the drive demands that it be commissioned again. The fault value in r0949 states which drive data set this applies to. The manuals describe the condition identically for every drive object concerned, so there is no component-specific difference in its cause.

• The assignment between the drive data set and the motor data set (p0186) was modified.
• The assignment between the drive data set and the encoder data set (p0187) was modified.
• Either change is the reason the affected drive data set must be commissioned again.

1. Read the fault value in r0949, interpreting it as a decimal number: it contains the number of the drive data set that has to be re-commissioned.
2. Commission exactly this drive data set.
3. Acknowledge the fault immediately afterwards.

• p0186 — Motor Data Sets (MDS) number: holds the assignment of the motor data set to the drive data set; a change to this assignment is what raises F07516.
• p0187 — Encoder 1 encoder data set number (Enc 1 EDS): holds the assignment of the encoder data set to the drive data set; a change here also raises F07516.
• r0949 — fault value: read as a decimal number to identify the drive data set that must be commissioned.

The drive does not execute an automatic response to this fault. Once the drive data set named in r0949 has been commissioned, acknowledge the fault immediately; the acknowledgement itself requires no additional steps.
