F06261 — Infeed: Temperature in the line filter permanently too high

F06261 reports that the temperature monitoring of the infeed's line filter has responded and the temperature inside the line filter remained permanently above the permitted value. This monitoring exists only on an infeed equipped with an Active Interface Module (AIM). While the fault is active the infeed is switched off and does not return to operation until the fault has been cleared and acknowledged.

1. Compare the line filter type set in p0220[0] with the line filter that is actually connected. Either connect the line filter specified for the infeed being used, or correct the setting of the line filter type in p0220[0].
2. Temperature monitoring is mandatory for AIM line filters. Check that the temperature switch inside the line filter is wired securely and dependably to input X21 of the infeed.
3. Lower the ambient temperature around the line filter.
4. Lower the load on the infeed and on the line filter.
5. Check the magnitude of the line supply voltage.
6. The internal fan of the line filter may be defective — replace the fan if necessary.
7. The temperature switch of the line filter may be defective — replace the line filter if necessary.

• p0220[0] — holds the line filter type the infeed expects; for this fault, check that it matches the filter actually connected and correct the setting if the two differ.

Remove the cause first, then acknowledge the fault at the operator panel or in the commissioning tool; only after acknowledgment can the infeed be switched on again. As long as the fault is present, the infeed stays out of operation.
