F06210 — Infeed: Summation current too high

F06210 is raised by the infeed when the smoothed total of the three phase currents (i1 + i2 + i3) is greater than 4 % of the maximum power unit current (r0209). The manual describes the fault for the S120 and S150 infeeds; the most serious cause behind it is a ground fault in the DC link, while the other causes lie in the current measurement itself.

• The DC link has a ground fault that results in a high summation current; the drive flags this condition via r0069.6. The DC component in the line currents can damage/destroy the power unit, line reactor or line filter!
• The zero point calibration of the current measurement was not carried out — the manual names p3491 and alarm A06602 here.
• The current measurement in the power unit is defective.

1. Check the DC link for a low-ohmic or high-ohmic ground fault and remove it if one is present — this is the condition the drive flags at r0069.6.
2. Increase the monitoring time of the current offset measurement (p3491); this is the same parameter the manual names with A06602 for the zero point calibration.
3. Replace the power unit if necessary.

• The message value (%1) is the fault value in r0949, given as a floating-point number: the smoothed total of the phase currents that tripped the fault.
• The manual provides no bit decoding — the value is a single current sum, not a bit pattern.

• r0209 — Power unit maximum current / PU I_max: the 4 % threshold of this fault refers to this value.
• r0069 — CO: System pressure actual value / Sys press ActV: the drive references r0069.6 for the DC-link ground fault that produces the high summation current.
• p3491 — Infeed I-offset measurement monitoring time / INF I_offs t_mon: increase this monitoring time as the remedy; it is also the parameter named with A06602 for the zero point calibration of the current measurement.
• r0949 — Fault value: read here the smoothed total of the phase currents, given as a floating-point number.

The drive switches the infeed off immediately (reaction OFF2, with OFF1 as the alternative in some configurations). Acknowledge the fault immediately; depending on the configuration, the acknowledge only takes effect after a POWER ON. Restart only after the measures above have been carried out and the cause has been removed.
