F01675 — SI Motion P1: settings in the PROFIBUS/PROFINET controller not permissible

The safety monitoring channel has identified an incorrect configuration setting for the "Safe synchronous position via PROFIsafe" function: the settings in the PROFIBUS/PROFINET controller are not permissible for this function. The fault can only occur when the function is enabled (p9501.29 = 1). The drive coasts down and performs a STOP A; it restarts only after the impermissible setting has been corrected and the fault has been acknowledged.

• An incorrect configuration setting was identified for the "Safe synchronous position via PROFIsafe" function, which is enabled (p9501.29 = 1).
• Fault value 1: the function is enabled but is not set according to the rule Tdp = 2 x n x p9500 (n = 1, 2, 3, ...) — the bus cycle time Tdp and the monitoring clock cycle p9500 do not fit together.
• Fault value 2: isochronous operation is not set on the PROFIBUS/PROFINET controller.

1. Read the fault value in r0949 (interpret decimal) to see which of the two settings is impermissible.
2. Fault value = 1: set the bus cycle time Tdp and the monitoring clock cycle p9500 according to the rule Tdp = 2 x n x p9500 (n = 1, 2, 3, ...).
3. Fault value = 2: set "Isochronous mode" on the PROFIBUS/PROFINET controller.

• The drive enters the fault value in r0949; interpret it in decimal.
• 1: "Synchronous safe position via PROFIsafe" is enabled (p9501.29 = 1) and is not set according to the rule Tdp = 2 x n x p9500 (n = 1, 2, 3, ...).
• 2: "Synchronous safe position via PROFIsafe" is enabled (p9501.29 = 1) and isochronous operation is not set.
• STO: Safe Torque Off

• r0949 — read the fault value here (decimal) to determine which of the two impermissible settings triggered the fault.
• p9501 — p9501.29 = 1 shows that "Synchronous safe position via PROFIsafe" is enabled; the fault only occurs when this bit is set.
• p9500 — the SI Motion monitoring clock cycle: set it so that, together with the bus cycle time Tdp, the rule Tdp = 2 x n x p9500 (n = 1, 2, 3, ...) is fulfilled.
• p9507 — p9507.0 = 1 activates the "Extended message acknowledgment", which additionally permits acknowledging the STOP A by an internal event acknowledge.

This fault results in a STOP A. The manual gives two ways to acknowledge the STOP A: select STO and then deselect again, or an internal event acknowledge — the latter requires that the "Extended message acknowledgment" is active (p9507.0 = 1). After the impermissible setting in the PROFIBUS/PROFINET controller has been corrected, acknowledge the fault immediately or by POWER ON; the drive starts again once the fault is no longer present.
