A06105 — Infeed: Line supply undervoltage

A06105 is an infeed alarm for line supply undervoltage. The drive continuously evaluates the filtered (steady-state) value of the line supply voltage and raises this message when that value drops below the product of the alarm threshold p0282 and the set line supply voltage p0210. The alarm value that accompanies the message is the actual steady-state line supply voltage; the drive holds it in r2124 as a floating-point number. Depending on how the drive is configured, the same condition can also be output as a fault instead of an alarm.

• The filtered (steady-state) value of the line supply voltage is lower than the alarm threshold: the drive raises the message when the filtered steady-state line supply voltage falls below the product of the alarm threshold p0282 and the set line supply voltage p0210.

1. Check the line supply.
2. Check the line supply voltage: confirm that the value set in p0210 (drive unit line supply voltage) matches the voltage actually connected to the unit.
3. Check the alarm threshold p0282 (line supply undervoltage alarm threshold).

• The message value appears as %1.
• The alarm value is stored in r2124 (floating point) and contains the actual steady-state line supply voltage — the value that fell below the threshold.

• p0282 — Line supply undervoltage alarm threshold: the threshold against which the filtered line supply voltage is compared for this alarm; check it when A06105 appears.
• p0210 — Drive unit line supply voltage: the set line supply voltage that enters the comparison (p0282 × p0210); check that it matches the connected supply.
• r2124 — Alarm value: read here, as a floating-point value, the actual steady-state line supply voltage that triggered the alarm.

As an alarm, the message signals the undervoltage condition without an automatic shutdown and does not need to be acknowledged. If the drive configuration outputs the same condition as a fault instead, the fault reaction is NONE — the drive does not perform OFF1 or OFF2 on its own; OFF1 and OFF2 are the alternative reactions that can be configured. In the fault case the message is acknowledged IMMEDIATELY; POWER ON is the alternative acknowledgment setting.
