A01507 — BICO: Interconnections to inactive objects present

A01507 is raised when BICO interconnections are still configured to a drive object that is currently inactive or inoperable — for example because a component has been removed or has not been activated again. The message therefore points to open signal interconnections between drive objects rather than to a problem inside one object. The manuals for the G130, G150, S120 and S150 describe it identically. Depending on how the drive is configured, the same condition can also be output as a fault or with no reaction at all.

1. Read the message value: it states the number of BICO interconnections that were found to inactive drive objects (on the G130/G150 in r2124, to be interpreted as a decimal number).
2. Open r9498 to see the BI/CI parameters involved and r9499 for the associated BO/CO parameters; note that these two lists are only written if p9495 is not set to 0.
3. In the deactivated drive object itself, display r9491 and r9492 — they show the list of its BICO interconnections to other drive objects.
4. If the drive object is to remain part of the configuration, make it operational again: re-insert or activate the components.
5. If the interconnections are no longer wanted, set p9495 = 2; this resets all open BICO interconnections centrally to the factory setting.

• The G130/G150 manual specifies this value as the alarm value in r2124 and says to interpret it as a decimal number.

• r9491 — displayed in the deactivated drive object; shows the BI/CI parameters of its BICO interconnections to other drive objects.

• p9495 — set to 2 here to reset all open BICO interconnections to inactive drive objects centrally to the factory setting; note that r9498 and r9499 are only written while p9495 is not 0.
• r2124 — alarm value of this message: the number of BICO interconnections found to inactive drive objects, read as a decimal number.

As an alarm, A01507 needs no acknowledgement and the drive keeps running; what matters is removing the condition itself. Either set p9495 = 2 to clear the open interconnections, or make the non-operational drive object active again. If the drive is configured to output this condition as a fault instead, the affected drive object is switched off (OFF2) and the fault must be acknowledged immediately.
