A01481 — Topology: Line Module not connected

A01481 is raised by the drive's topology comparison when a component that is configured in the target topology is not found in the actual topology — the hardware that is really connected. The message appears under three titles that name the component concerned: a power unit, a Motor Module or a Line Module, depending on which drive object reports the difference. Depending on how the drive is configured, the same condition can also be output with no reaction.

• The topology comparison has detected a power unit, a Motor Module or a Line Module that is missing in the actual topology with respect to the target topology; which of the three components applies is shown by the title of the message.

1. Adapt the topologies: insert the components involved at the right connection (correct the actual topology), or adapt the project/parameterization in the commissioning tool (correct the target topology).
2. Open Topology --> Topology view in the commissioning tool; where relevant it offers improved diagnostics capability (e.g. setpoint/actual value comparison).
3. Check the 24 V supply voltage.
4. Check the DRIVE-CLiQ cables for interruption and contact problems.
5. Check that the component is working properly.

• The message value reads Component: %1, to %2, %3, connection: %4; the drive stores the alarm value in r2124, to be interpreted hexadecimal as ddccbbaa.
• dd = connection number (%4)
• cc = component number (%3)
• bb = component class (%2)
• aa = component number of the component that has not been inserted (%1)

• r2124 — alarm value of this message; read it hexadecimal (ddccbbaa) to identify the connection number, the component class and the component that has not been inserted.

This alarm requires no acknowledgement and the drive takes no automatic reaction to it. It is resolved by inserting the component at the right connection or by adapting the project so that actual and target topology agree again.
