What it means
The drive raises F07499 in the EPOS positioning function when a reversing cam is touched from the wrong side of travel: the reversing cam MINUS was approached while the axis moved in the positive traversing direction, or the reversing cam PLUS was approached while the axis moved in the negative traversing direction. The drive brings the axis to a standstill, and the fault must be acknowledged before the axis can travel again. - Check the traversing direction with which the axis approaches the reversing cam. The approach must match the cam: cam MINUS from the negative direction, cam PLUS from the positive direction.
