F06080 — Infeed: parameter error

F06080 (Infeed: parameter error) is output by an infeed of a SINAMICS S120 or S150 when one of the infeed's parameters is incorrectly set. The drive writes the number of the affected parameter into the fault value r0949, so the message itself pinpoints the setting that has to be corrected. The infeed is tripped and the fault must be acknowledged before the drive can run again. Depending on the drive configuration, the same condition can also be signalled as an alarm (A06080).

• An infeed parameter is set incorrectly; the fault value names the parameter concerned.

1. Read the fault value in r0949 and interpret it as a decimal number — it contains the number of the parameter that is incorrectly set. The message value displays the same information as "Parameter: %1".
2. Open the parameter named by the fault value and change it to the appropriate value. The manual cross-references p0220, p3665, p3667 and p3668 for this fault, so these are the settings to review if the fault value points to one of them.
3. Acknowledge the fault immediately after correcting the parameter; depending on the configuration, the drive only accepts the acknowledgement after a POWER ON.

• r0949, interpreted as a decimal number: contains the number of the parameter involved.
• Message value "Parameter: %1": the drive replaces %1 with the number of the incorrectly set parameter.

First correct the parameter named in the fault value, then acknowledge the message — the manual specifies immediate acknowledgement, and depending on the configuration the drive accepts it only after a POWER ON. When the condition is output as an alarm (A06080), the manual specifies no reaction and no acknowledgement. Once the fault has been acknowledged, the drive can be started again.
