F06052 — Infeed: Filter temperature evaluation not supported

The firmware of the power unit does not support filter temperature evaluation. This feature, which appears as r0192.11 in the power unit firmware properties, becomes a requirement as soon as an Active Interface Module is used as a line filter — the drive recognizes that configuration from p0220 = 41 ... 45. Firmware and configuration therefore do not match, and the drive coasts down and must be acknowledged before it will start.

• The power unit firmware does not support filter temperature evaluation.
• The configuration nevertheless requires this feature: an Active Interface Module is in use as a line filter (p0220 = 41 ... 45), and for this configuration filter temperature evaluation (r0192.11) is mandatory.

1. Read p0220: a value of 41 ... 45 confirms that an Active Interface Module is used as a line filter, i.e. the configuration that demands filter temperature evaluation.
2. Check r0192 (Power unit firmware properties 1): r0192.11 tells you whether the power unit firmware actually provides the filter temperature evaluation feature.
3. Upgrade the firmware of the power unit to a later version, then acknowledge the fault.

• r0192 (Power unit firmware properties 1): r0192.11 represents the filter temperature evaluation feature of the power unit — read it to verify whether the firmware supports what the line filter configuration requires.
• p0220 (Hydraulic oil modulus of elasticity): in this fault, the setting 41 ... 45 is what marks an Active Interface Module as the line filter and makes filter temperature evaluation (r0192.11) mandatory.

The drive coasts down and will only start again once the fault has been acknowledged. Acknowledging alone does not remove the cause, though: the fault only stays away after the power unit firmware has been upgraded to a later version.
