What it means
F01910 is raised when the reception of setpoints from the fieldbus interface is interrupted. - A communications error — CRC, parity bit or logical error (listed for G120C and G115D).
- An excessively low value for the fieldbus monitoring time p2040 (listed for G120C and G115D).
What to check
- Restore the bus connection and switch the communication partner back on.
- Set the higher-level controller to RUN; for PROFIBUS, set the PROFIBUS master to RUN.
- If setpoints still fail to arrive although the bus is intact, adapt p2040 — an excessively low monitoring time is itself listed as a cause.
- If the fault repeats on PROFIBUS, check the set response monitoring in the bus configuration (HW Config).

The fault can then be acknowledged immediately; the manuals describe no further reset procedure for it. Once it is acknowledged and setpoints are arriving again, the drive can be restarted.
