F01641 — SI P1 (CU): component replacement identified and save required

The manual titles the message "SI P1 (CU): component replacement identified and save required". No additional fault response is initiated, so operation of the drive is not restricted — the message registers the replacement and demands two follow-up actions: the parameters must be saved and, when safety functions are active, a partial acceptance test must be carried out. Depending on the drive's configuration, the same condition can also be output as an alarm or as a message without any reaction.

• "Safety Integrated" has identified that a component has been replaced; the fault value in r0949 names the component concerned (Control Unit, Motor Module/Hydraulic Module, Power Module, Sensor Module channel 1 or 2, sensor channel 1 or 2).
• For the TM54F_MA drive object the cause is stated more specifically: "Safety Integrated" has identified that a Terminal Module 54F (TM54F) has been replaced; here the manual gives no fault value decoding.

1. Save all parameters: set p0977 = 1 or p0971 = 1, or perform a "copy RAM to ROM".
