Reading the message value
The drive stores the details of the violation in r2124, and how to read it depends on which description of the alarm applies:
- Servo, "Overvolt 24/48 V": interpret r2124 hexadecimal as yyxxxx hex, where yy is the channel and xxxx the voltage in 0.1 V. yy = 0: 24 V power supply; yy = 1: 48 V power supply. The drive shows the channel and the voltage directly (channel, voltage in 0.1 V).
- Vector, "Overvoltage 24 V": interpret r2124 as decimal; it holds the 24 V voltage in 0.1 V.
- For the remaining description the decimal value is stated to be for internal Siemens troubleshooting only.

- r2124 — alarm value: read it while the alarm is present to see which supply channel violated the threshold and what voltage was measured, interpreted as described above.
Acknowledging and restarting
