F07093Drive: Test signal error

What it means

F07093 means that the drive identified an error while executing the Test signal function, which is started with p5307.1 = 1 as part of One Button Tuning (OBT). The function was not executed or was canceled. The drive writes the concrete reason into the fault value r0949 (interpret decimal), so the number tells you which of the seven causes applies.   4. Fault value 3: check the distance limit (p5308).

  6. Fault value 5: increase the distance limit p5308 or reduce the offset p5297. With the factory setting the test signal lasts approximately 1.3 s; an offset of 60 rpm then corresponds to a distance of approximately 1.3 revolutions, so p5308 must be parameterized longer than this distance plus 10% controller reserve (e.g. p5308 = 515°). The required distance also depends on the speed controller sampling time (p0115[1]) and the controller configuration (p5271). Note that this fault value can only be acknowledged after p5300 has been set = 0.
  7. Fault value 6: keep the drive switched on until the "Test signal" function has been completely exited.
  8. Fault value 7: set the speed setpoint to zero; it is possible that the setpoint was entered from the control panel.

Reading the message value

  • 1: No distance limit has been defined (p5308 = 0).
  • 2: The moment of inertia estimator has not stabilized in the parameterized time (p5309) (r1407.26).
  • 3: The parameterized distance (p5308) was exceeded.
  • 4: no motor encoder parameterized (closed-loop speed control without encoder).
  • 5: Offset (p5297) is too high for the parameterized distance (p5308).
  • 6: Pulse enable was withdrawn while traversing.
  • 7: speed setpoint not equal to zero.

Remove the cause first, then acknowledge the fault — acknowledgement is possible immediately, with one exception: a fault value 5 can only be acknowledged after p5300 has been set = 0. When the drive signals the condition only as an alarm (A), no acknowledgement is required. After the correction the test signal function can be started again with p5307.1 = 1.
