F05119 — Bypass contactor simultaneity monitoring time exceeded

F05119 means that the simultaneity monitoring of the bypass contactors has responded. The monitoring runs because a feedback signal for the bypass contactor is interconnected and the simultaneity monitoring (p0255[5, 7]) is activated. After a contactor of the parallel connection was opened or closed, the set monitoring time elapsed while not all of the contactors had assumed the same state.

The same condition can also be signalled as an alarm (A); as an alarm it causes no automatic reaction and requires no acknowledgement.

• After opening or closing a contactor of the parallel connection, the monitoring time elapsed and not all of the contactors had assumed the same state.
• The monitoring is active only when a feedback signal for the bypass contactor is interconnected and the simultaneity monitoring (p0255[5, 7]) is activated.

1. Check the monitoring time setting in p0255[5, 7].
2. Check the wiring and the control of the contactor.
3. If required, replace the contactor.

The drive writes the fault value into r0949; interpret it binary as yyyyxxxx hex, where yyyy is the supplementary information and xxxx is the fault cause. The message value itself contains the fault cause and the additional information.

• Fault cause (xxxx): Bit 0 = 1: simultaneity error when closing the contactors; Bit 1 = 1: simultaneity error when opening the contactors.
• Supplementary information (yyyy): Bit 0 = 1: PDS0 contactor is closed; Bit 1 = 1: PDS1 contactor is closed; Bit 2 = 1: PDS2 contactor is closed; Bit 3 = 1: PDS3 contactor is closed; Bit 4 = 1: PDS4 contactor is closed; Bit 5 = 1: PDS5 contactor is closed; Bit 6 = 1: PDS6 contactor is closed; Bit 7 = 1: PDS7 contactor is closed.

PDS means Power unit Data Set.

• p0255 (Power unit contactor monitoring time, PU cont t_mon): holds the monitoring time of the contactor simultaneity monitoring in indices [5, 7]; check the set time here for this fault.
• r0949 (Fault value): read it binary as yyyyxxxx hex to determine whether the simultaneity error occurred when closing or opening and which PDS contactors are closed.

The fault switches the drive off (OFF2) — alternatively OFF1 or no reaction can be configured — and the drive must be acknowledged before it will restart. Once the cause has been remedied, acknowledge the fault immediately (POWER ON). If the condition is configured as an alarm (A), there is no automatic reaction and no acknowledgement is required.
