F01787 — SBT motor type different

F01787 (SBT motor type different) signals an inconsistency in the configuration of the safe brake test: the motor type entered for the test in p10204 does not agree with the motor type that the function module reports at bit 12 of r0108. The manuals describe this condition identically for the G130, G150, S120 and S150, so the same correction applies to all of them.

• The motor type set for the safe brake test in p10204 is not the motor type that the function module identifies through r0108.12.

1. Read the motor type that the function module reports at r0108.12 and compare it with the entry in p10204.
2. Adapt the motor type in p10204 so that it matches the value from the function module.
3. Go through all parameters of the brake test whose unit depends on the motor type — the manual names p10209 (SBT brake holding torque) among them — because a changed motor type changes those units too.

• p10204 — the SBT motor type: set it here to the motor type of the function module; adapting this value is the remedy for F01787.
• r0108 — the drive object's function module (DO fct_mod); bit 12 of it is where the drive reads the motor type that p10204 has to match.
• p10209 — the SBT brake holding torque: its unit depends on the motor type, so review it whenever the motor type for the brake test is changed.

Once p10204 agrees with the function module's motor type and the brake test parameters have been checked, acknowledge the fault on the operator panel; the drive must be acknowledged before it will start again.
