A30073Actual value/setpoint preprocessing no longer synchronous

What it means

A30073 reports that actual value/setpoint preprocessing is no longer synchronous: the communication with the power unit module has fallen out of step with the current control cycle. Depending on the drive configuration, the drive can also output the same condition without any reaction.

Why it appears

  • The communication to the power unit module is no longer synchronized with the current control cycle.

What to check

  1. Wait until synchronization between the drive and the power unit module has been re-established. The alarm then goes back on its own.

Acknowledging and restarting

No acknowledgement is required for this alarm. It clears itself as soon as the communication with the power unit module is synchronous with the current control cycle again. When the drive is configured to output the condition without any reaction, no acknowledgement is due in that case either.
