A07462 — EPOS: Selected traversing block number does not exist

A07462 is an alarm from the EPOS functions: the traversing block that was just started does not exist in the drive. A block number is selected at the binector inputs p2625 ... p2630 (selection bits 0 to 5), and the traversing task is started with the 0/1 edge of binector input p2631 "Activate traversing task". If the number selected in this way is not available — because it is not contained in p2616[0...n] or because the started traversing block is suppressed — the drive raises this alarm. It points to the traversing program parameterization; the drive takes no automatic action in response, and no acknowledgement is needed.

• A traversing block was selected via binector input p2625 ... p2630 and was started via binector input p2631 with the 0/1 edge "Activate traversing task", and the number of the started traversing block is not contained in p2616[0...n].
• The started traversing block is suppressed.

1. Read the alarm value in r2124 and interpret it as a decimal number: it contains the number of the selected traversing block that is not available.
2. Check whether this number is contained in p2616[0...n]; if it is missing there, the started traversing block does not exist.
3. Check whether the started traversing block is suppressed.
4. Correct the traversing program and select an available traversing block number.

• The drive stores the alarm value in r2124; interpret the value as a decimal number.
• The value is the number of the selected traversing block that is also not available.

• p2625 ... p2630 — binector inputs "EPOS traversing block selection" bit 0 to bit 5; their signal state selects the number of the traversing block that is started.
• p2631 — binector input "EPOS activate traversing task (0 -> 1)"; the 0/1 edge of this input starts the selected traversing task.
• p2616[0...n] — "EPOS traversing block block number"; the numbers of the existing traversing blocks are entered here, and the number of the started block must be contained in this list.
• r2124 — alarm value; read it as a decimal number to identify the traversing block number that is not available.

No acknowledgement is required for this alarm. Correct the traversing program and select an available traversing block number, so that the block started via p2631 is contained in p2616[0...n] and is not suppressed.
