A01331 — Topology: At least one component not assigned to a drive object

A01331 is a topology alarm. The drive raises it when at least one component in the configuration is not assigned to a drive object — for example because the component could not be assigned automatically during commissioning, or because the parameters for the data sets are not set correctly. The G130/G150 and S120/S150 manuals describe the message identically, so one description covers all four families.

• At least one component in the topology has no assignment to a drive object.
• During commissioning, a component could not be automatically assigned to a drive object.
• The parameters for the data sets are not correctly set.

1. Identify the affected component: the alarm value in r2124, interpreted as a decimal number, gives the component number of the unassigned component.
2. Assign this component to a drive object.
3. Check the parameters for the data sets. The manual gives these examples: power unit (p0121); motor (p0131, p0186); encoder interface (p0140, p0141, p0187 ... p0189); encoder (p0140, p0142, p0187 ... p0189); Terminal Module (p0151); option board (p0161).

• The message value of the alarm carries the component number (placeholder %1).
• The alarm value is stored in r2124 and is to be interpreted decimal; it likewise contains the component number of the unassigned component. No bit decoding is given for this alarm.

• r2124 — alarm value: read it as a decimal number to obtain the component number of the unassigned component.
• p0121 — power unit component number: check or set it when the power unit is the unassigned component.
• p0131 — motor component number: belongs to the motor assignment verified for this alarm.
• p0186 — Motor Data Sets (MDS) number: verified together with the motor component number.
• p0140 — number of Encoder Data Sets (EDS): named in both the encoder interface and the encoder examples.
• p0141 — encoder interface (Sensor Module) component number: checked when the encoder interface is the component without assignment.
• p0187 ... p0189 — encoder data set numbers (encoder 1 ... encoder 3): appear in the encoder interface and encoder examples of the remedy.
• p0142 — encoder component number: checked when the encoder itself is the unassigned component.
• p0151 — Voltage Sensing Module component number; the remedy lists it under the Terminal Module example.
• p0161 — option board component number: checked when the option board is the unassigned component.

The drive takes no automatic reaction to this alarm and no acknowledgement is required. Once the component has been assigned to a drive object and the data-set parameters are set correctly, the alarm condition is removed.
