What it means
A01330 is raised when quick commissioning cannot be carried out because the existing actual topology does not fulfill the requirements. The alarm value in r2124 says which requirement is violated, adds supplementary information and names the preliminary component number concerned. Why it appears
- Quick commissioning was started, but the existing actual topology does not fulfill the requirements for it, so the drive cannot carry the quick commissioning out.
- Which requirement fails is reported in r2124 — typical findings are DRIVE-CLiQ motor cabling that does not match the Motor Module, too many components of one type or at one DRIVE-CLiQ socket of the Control Unit, an illegal combination such as ALM with BLM or ALM with SLM, illegal EEPROM data in a replaced power unit, or a motor that is not completely connected.
What to check
- Read the alarm value r2124 hexadecimal: it gives the fault cause (aa), the supplementary information (bb) and the preliminary component number (cccc).
- Adapt the topology to the permissible requirements — compare the actual device topology (r0098) with the device target topology (p0099).
- For motors with DRIVE-CLiQ, connect the power and DRIVE-CLiQ cable to the same Motor Module: Single Motor Module — DRIVE-CLiQ at X202; Double Motor Module — DRIVE-CLiQ from motor 1 (X1) to X202 and from motor 2 (X2) to X203.
- If the alarm value shows aa = 06 with bb = 01, correct the Article No. [MLFB] of the replaced power unit during commissioning with the commissioning tool.
- Then carry out commissioning using the commissioning tool.
Reading the message value
- The drive stores the value in r2124 — read hexadecimal it has the form ccccbbaa: aa is the fault cause, bb the supplementary information, cccc the preliminary component number, the three items the message value is made up of.
- aa = 01: illegal connections on one component — more than one motor with DRIVE-CLiQ on a Motor Module (bb = 01), or the DRIVE-CLiQ cable of a motor with DRIVE-CLiQ not connected to a Motor Module (bb = 02).
- aa = 02: the topology contains too many components of a particular type — more than one master Control Unit, more than 1 infeed (8 for a parallel circuit configuration), too many Motor Modules, encoders, Terminal Modules or drive slaves, no drive master, or different power units in a parallel connection.
- aa = 03: more than 16 components connected at one DRIVE-CLiQ socket of the Control Unit; bb = 0, 1, 2, 3 identifies the socket X100, X101, X102 or X103.
- aa = 04 and aa = 05: too many components connected one after the other (cccc then names the first component and the one that resulted in the fault), or a component that is not permissible for SERVO (a SINAMICS G component, bb = 01, or a Chassis component, bb = 02).
- aa = 06: illegal EEPROM data on the component numbered cccc; with bb = 01 the Article No. [MLFB] of the replaced power unit contains a space retainer (*) that must be replaced by a correct character.
- aa = 07: illegal combination of components — ALM with BLM (bb = 01) or ALM with SLM (bb = 02), or a SIMOTION control together with a SINUMERIK component and the reverse (bb = 03, bb = 04).
- aa = 08: the motor is not completely connected.
