Описание

Основным элементом стеклянного уровнемера является корпус прибора. Встроенными в этот корпус являются жидкостный канал (при необходимости — нагревательный канал), а также посадочные поверхности для камерных уплотнений и смотровых стёкол.

На корпус прибора устанавливаются или уже интегрированы головки клапанов и присоединения к процессу. Также возможны дренаж или продувка.

Компактное исполнение с боковыми элементами, модель LGG-E

Стёкла и/или слюдяные защитные экраны, а также уплотнения устанавливаются, фиксируются и герметизируются с помощью U-образных болтов и крышек или прижимных рам. Используются стёкла из боросиликатного стекла в соответствии с DIN 7081.

Для пара стёкла могут применяться при температуре до 243 °C [469.4 °F], а в исполнении со слюдой — до 300 °C [572 °F]. Для других сред возможны температуры до 300 °C, а в специальных случаях — до 374 °C [705.2 °F]. Применение слюды требуется для конкретных применений.

Нет, уровнемер обеспечивает непрерывную индикацию уровня без вспомогательного электропитания.

При каких температурах и давлениях может работать прибор?

Рабочая температура: -196 … +374 °C, рабочее давление: от вакуума до 250 bar.

Какие присоединения к процессу доступны?

Наружная резьба 1/2 NPT и 3/4 NPT, приварные штуцеры 1/2" и 3/4", а также фланцы DIN EN 1092-1 (DN 15 … 50, PN 16 … 250) и ASME B16.5 (1/2 … 2", Class 150 … 1500).

Из каких материалов могут быть изготовлены смачиваемые части?
