Опис

Основним елементом скляного рівнеміра є корпус приладу. Убудованими в цей корпус є рідинний канал (за необхідності — канал підігріву), а також посадкові поверхні для камерних ущільнень і оглядових стекол.

На корпус приладу встановлюються або вже інтегровані головки клапанів і технологічні приєднання. Також можливі дренаж або продування.

Компактне виконання з боковими елементами, модель LGG-E

Скло та/або слюдяні екрани, а також ущільнення монтуються, фіксуються та герметизуються за допомогою U-подібних болтів і кришок або притискних рам. Використовуються скла з боросилікатного скла відповідно до DIN 7081.

Для пари скло може застосовуватися до 243 °C [469.4 °F], а для виконання зі слюдою — до 300 °C [572 °F]. Для інших середовищ можливі температури до 300 °C, а в особливих випадках — до 374 °C [705.2 °F]. Застосування слюди потрібне для конкретних застосувань.

У якому температурному діапазоні може працювати рівнемір?

Робоча температура середовища: -196 … +374 °C [-320.8 … +705.2 °F]. Для пари скло застосовується до 243 °C, а для виконання зі слюдою — до 300 °C; для інших середовищ можливі температури до 300 °C, а в особливих випадках — до 374 °C.

Які процесні приєднання доступні?

Зовнішня різьба 1/2 NPT і 3/4 NPT, приварні штуцери 1/2" і 3/4", фланці DIN EN 1092-1 DN 15 … 50 (PN 16 … 250) та фланці ASME B16.5 1/2 … 2" (Class 150 … 1500).
