الوصف
العنصر الرئيسي لقياس مستوى الزجاج هو جسم مقياس المستوى. تم دمج قناة السائل (إذا لزم الأمر قناة التسخين) وأسطح التثبيت الخاصة بالوصلات/الحشيات المحفظة وواجهات/زجاجات المشاهدة داخل جسم المقياس هذا.
يتم تركيب رؤوس الصمامات ووصلات العملية على جسم المقياس، أو تكون مدمجة فيه بالفعل. كما يمكن توفير فتحات التصريف أو التهوية.
نسخة مدمجة مع قطع جانبية، الطراز LGG-E
يتم تركيب الزجاج و/أو دروع الميكا وكذلك الحشيات وتثبيتها وإحكام إغلاقها بمساعدة مسامير U (على شكل U) وغطاءات أو إطارات ضغط. يتم استخدام زجاج بوروسيليكات وفقًا لـ DIN 7081.
للبخار، يمكن استخدام الزجاج حتى 243 °C [469.4 °F]، مع تصميم الميكا حتى 300 °C [572 °F]. بالنسبة للوسائط الأخرى، تكون درجات الحرارة حتى 300 °C ممكنة، وفي حالات خاصة حتى 374 °C [705.2 °F]. يلزم استخدام الميكا لتطبيقات محددة.
