F07419 — Drive: Current setpoint filter adaptation error

F07419 is raised when an error occurs while configuring or when using the "Current setpoint filter adaptation" function. The drive stores the reason in the fault value r0949, which must be interpreted binary: single bits name the problem with the assigned filter, bits 4 ... 15 signal an internal fault, and bits 16 ... 31 contain the number of the drive data set with the fault. The message value (%1) carries this fault value.

• An error has occurred when configuring or when using the "Current setpoint filter adaptation" function.
• Which condition triggered the fault is coded bit by bit in the fault value (r0949): a filter that has not been assigned for the adaptation, an assigned filter from a function module that has not been activated, an unsuitable filter type or characteristic, a filter that has not been activated, or an internal fault.

1. Read the fault value in r0949 (interpret binary) and identify which bit is set.
2. If the adaptation is no longer needed, deactivate it by setting p5280 = 0, -1; the manual notes the message can always be removed this way.
3. If the adaptation is to remain active, apply the countermeasure for the particular fault value:
   • Bit 0: assign the filter (p5281).
   • Bit 1: activate the "Extended current setpoint filter" function module; r0108.21 shows whether the module is activated.
   • Bit 2: set the filter type "General filter 2nd order" and set the characteristic of a bandstop filter.
   • Bit 3: activate the filter (p1656, p5200).
   • Bit 4 ... 15: carry out a POWER ON (switch-off/switch-on) for all components and upgrade the firmware to a later version.
4. Acknowledge the fault and restart the drive.

• The message value (%1) is the fault value stored in r0949; interpret it binary.
• Bit 0: a filter has still not been assigned (p5281).
• Bit 1: the assigned filter belongs to the "Extended current setpoint filter" function module that has not been activated (r0108.21).
• Bit 2: the assigned filter is a type or has a characteristic, which is unsuitable for adaptation.
• Bit 3: the assigned filter has not been activated (p1656, p5200).
• Bit 4 ... 15: internal fault occurred.
• Bit 16 ... 31: number of the drive data set with fault.

• r0949 — fault value; read it binary to determine which bit of F07419 is set and which countermeasure applies.
• p5280 — current setpoint filter adaptation configuration; set to 0, -1 to deactivate the adaptation and remove the message.
• p5281 — current setpoint filter adaptation assignment; use it to assign the filter when bit 0 is set.
• r0108 — drive objects function module; r0108.21 shows whether the "Extended current setpoint filter" function module is activated (relevant for bit 1).
• p1656 — manipulated variable filter velocity controller activation; together with p5200 it activates the assigned filter (bit 3).
• p5200 — current setpoint filter 5 ... 10 activation; together with p1656 it activates the assigned filter (bit 3).

The drive is stopped with the OFF1 reaction (OFF2 or OFF3 as alternatives) and the fault must be acknowledged immediately before the drive can run again. Once the cause has been eliminated — the adaptation deactivated with p5280 = 0, -1 or the filter assigned/activated as described above — acknowledge the fault and start the drive again. For an internal fault (bit 4 ... 15), switch all components off and on again (POWER ON) before acknowledging.
