F07333 — Closed-loop control function not supported

F07333 is raised because a closed-loop control function that is not supported has been activated. The fault value stored in r0949, read as a decimal number, identifies the unsupported function. Only the value 0 is defined for this fault: open-loop controlled operation — the open-loop mode that applies at speeds below p1755 — is not available in the "encoderless torque" control mode (see p1300, p1501).

1. Read the fault value from r0949 as a decimal number; the measures below apply to fault value = 0.
2. If encoderless operation is to be kept, either change the control mode to "Encoderless speed control" by setting p1300 = 20 and p1501 = 0, or keep torque control going.
3. To continue with torque control, activate encoderless operation — including zero frequency — with test pulses by setting p1750.5 = 1. This option exists only on SINAMICS S120 and requires licensing.

When this fault trips, the drive coasts down and cannot run again until the fault has been acknowledged. Remove the unsupported control function first (see the checks above); the fault must then be acknowledged immediately, after which the drive can be restarted.
