F05051 — Parallel circuit: Power unit pulse enable missing

F05051 reports that in a parallel circuit of power units, the pulses of one or several of the paralleled units could not be enabled — the pulse enable of a power unit in the parallel circuit is missing. The fault value names the power unit concerned, so the message tells you both what happened (a missing pulse enable) and where (which power unit number). The manuals describe this fault for the parallel power-unit circuit on G130, G150, S120 and S150.

• One or several power units in the parallel circuit did not enable their pulses; the pulse enable for at least one of the paralleled power units is missing. Both manual entries for this code give this same cause, so it applies to the whole parallel circuit rather than to one particular drive configuration.

1. Acknowledge the faults that are still present on the power units of the parallel circuit.
2. Inhibit the pulses of the affected power unit — the unit whose number appears in the fault value — via p7001.

• The drive stores the number of the power unit involved as the fault value.
• Read this value in r0949 as a decimal number (not as a bit pattern): the decimal figure is the number of the power unit whose pulse enable is missing.

• r0949 — fault value; for F05051, interpreted as a decimal number, it identifies the power unit in the parallel circuit that is involved.
• p7001 — Par_circuit power units enable (PU enable); the parameter with which the pulses of the affected power unit are inhibited, as the remedy for this fault requires.

Acknowledge the fault itself once the remedy has been carried out: the power unit faults that are still present are acknowledged first, then the pulses of the power unit named in the fault value are inhibited via p7001.
