A07893 — Drive: Load monitoring pump leakage

A07893 (Drive: Load monitoring pump leakage) is issued when the drive's load monitoring is configured for a pump (p2193 = 4) and detects a leak in the pump circuit. With a leak, the pump requires a lower torque than in normal operation to pump the reduced quantity — that drop in torque is what the monitoring function evaluates. The code appears as an alarm; the drive does not intervene by itself, the monitoring function only reports the condition, and the remedy lies in the pump circuit or in the threshold settings.

• The load monitoring is configured for a pump (p2193 = 4).
• The monitoring function has detected a leak in the pump circuit.
• Because of the leak, the pump requires a torque that is lower than in normal operation to pump the reduced quantity.

1. Remove the leak in the pump circuit.
2. If the alarm is a nuisance trip, reduce the torque thresholds of the leakage characteristic (p2186, p2188, p2190).

• p2193 (load monitoring configuration): the value 4 sets the load monitoring to pump mode — the configuration in which this leakage alarm is generated.
• p2186 (load monitoring torque threshold 1 lower): reduce this threshold of the leakage characteristic if the alarm trips as a nuisance.
• p2188 (load monitoring torque threshold 2 lower): second threshold of the leakage characteristic, reduced on a nuisance trip.
• p2190 (load monitoring torque threshold 3 lower): third threshold of the leakage characteristic, reduced together with p2186 and p2188 on a nuisance trip.
