A05052 is the alarm Parallel circuit: Illegal current asymmetry. Where power units operate in parallel, the drive monitors the individual current of each power unit; when the deviation between these individual currents exceeds the alarm threshold configured in p7010, the drive raises this alarm. The alarm value in r2124 tells you which phase signalled the asymmetry. The manuals describe the code in the same way for the G130, G150, S120 and S150. Depending on the drive's configuration, the same condition can also be output as a fault (F) instead of an alarm.
Why it appears
- The deviation between the individual currents of the power units connected in parallel exceeds the alarm threshold specified in p7010.
What to check
- Inhibit the pulses of the faulted power unit via p7001 (power units enable).
- Check the connecting cables — loose contacts can cause current spikes.
