What it means

Reset and restart

There is no manual reset to perform: both manuals classify this as an auto reset warning. The warning messages table gives the clearing conditions: the warning clears if the chiller is stopped, the chiller has been running less than 10 min and the oil sump pressure is less than 130.0 psig, or, once the chiller has been running for 10 min, when the oil sump pressure is less than 100.0 psig. In short, the warning removes itself as soon as the sump pressure falls back below the clearing threshold that matches the run time, or when the chiller is stopped.
