This warning reports that the oil sump pressure has risen above the limit allowed for the chiller's current run time while it operates in Heat Pump mode. The display messages document describes it as an auto reset warning covering oil sump pressure events while in Heat Pump mode; the warning messages table states it appears when heat pump mode is enabled. The allowed pressure is higher during the first 10 minutes of running and lower once the chiller has run longer, and a separate, much higher limit applies instantly at any time.

• Heat pump mode is enabled — the warning is generated only for oil sump pressure events in this mode.
• During the first 10 minutes of running, the oil sump pressure stays above the short-run trip threshold for the trip time.
• Once the chiller has been running for 10 minutes or more, the oil sump pressure stays above the lower running trip threshold for the trip time.
• The oil sump pressure exceeds 200 psig at any time — this condition sets the warning instantly, with no delay.

• Trip threshold from 10 minutes of run time onward: oil sump pressure greater than 103.0 psig per the warning messages table, or greater than 100.0 PSIG (34 C) per the display messages document.
• Instantaneous trip threshold: oil sump pressure greater than 200 psig at any time.
• Trip time: the warning messages table prints 10 s; the display messages document calls it the JCI programmable High Sump Pressure Trip Time, found on the Oil Sump Setpoints screen.
• The two manuals print slightly different threshold figures for this warning; both sets are listed above exactly as printed.

There is no manual reset to perform: both manuals classify this as an auto reset warning. The warning messages table gives the clearing conditions: the warning clears if the chiller is stopped, the chiller has been running less than 10 min and the oil sump pressure is less than 130.0 psig, or, once the chiller has been running for 10 min, when the oil sump pressure is less than 100.0 psig. In short, the warning removes itself as soon as the sump pressure falls back below the clearing threshold that matches the run time, or when the chiller is stopped.
