What it means

F37004 is raised when the drive measures a heat sink temperature in the HF Damping Module that has exceeded the permissible limit value. The drive then switches off at once by coasting down (OFF2) and will only restart after the fault has been acknowledged. Because the fault is tied to the actual temperature, acknowledgement stays blocked until the heat sink has cooled down — see the notice under Restart.
