F32805Encoder 2: EEPROM checksum error

What it means

F32805 is raised when the drive finds corrupted data in the EEPROM of Sensor Module Encoder 2. The S120/S150 manual words this as corrupted EEPROM data, the G130/G150 manual as corrupted internal parameter data — in both cases the data stored in the module is no longer intact. Depending on how the drive is configured, the same condition can also be issued as an alarm or with no reaction instead of a fault.

What to check

  1. Read the fault value in r0949 and interpret it in hexadecimal to see which of the two errors the drive has detected (see the list below).
