What it means
A01021 reports that the removable data medium in the drive is currently being used as a USB data storage medium from a PC. Because the PC occupies the medium, the drive cannot access it, and when backing up, the configuration data cannot be saved on the removable data medium. The alarm value in r2124 tells you which of the two backup-inhibiting situations applies. The alarm does not trigger any drive reaction and does not need to be acknowledged; it clears by itself once the PC no longer uses the medium.
