תיאור

הדגמים WUC-10, WUC-15 ו-WUC-16 הם משדרים קומפקטיים במיוחד, בעלי טוהר-על למדידת לחץ של גזים בטוהר-על בתעשיית המוליכים למחצה, במיוחד עבור אזורים מסוכנים. החלקים הנוגעים בתווך עשויים מפלדת אל-חלד 316L מלוטשת אלקטרוכימית, בהתאם ל-SEMI F20, וחיישן שכבה דקה מיוחד 2.4711/UNS R30003. המשדרים כוללים יציבות EMC מצוינת ומגוון חיבורים חשמליים ותהליכיים. הפוטנציומטר הצדדי לגישה נוחה מאפשר כיוון נקודת האפס בצורה נוחה. כל משדר בודד נבדק לאטימות לדליפות ולדיוק.
