מד לחץ עם צינור בורדון ומגעי מתג
תיאור
בכל מקום שבו יש צורך להציג מקומית את לחץ התהליך, ובו-בזמן נדרשת החלפה של מעגלים, ה-switchGAUGE מדגם PGS21.1x0 מוצא את ייעודו.
מגעי מתג (מגעי אזעקה חשמליים) יוצרים או מנתקים מעגלים בהתאם למיקום המחוג של מכשיר המדידה המציין. מגעי המתג ניתנים לכיוון על פני כל טווח סקאלת המדידה (ראה DIN 16085), והם מותקנים בעיקר מתחת לשעון החוגה, אם כי גם בחלקם על גבי החוגה. מחוג המכשיר (מחוג הערך בפועל) נע בחופשיות על פני כל טווח הסקאלה, ללא תלות בכיוון.
ניתן לכוון את המחוג המכוון באמצעות מפתח כיוון נשלף דרך החלון.

דגם PGS21.100 עם מגעי מתג מדגם 821.21
ניתן גם לכוון מגעי מתג המורכבים ממספר מגעים לנקודת כיוון אחת. הפעלת המגע מתבצעת כאשר מחוג הערך בפועל עובר מעל או מתחת לנקודת הכיוון הרצויה.
מד הלחץ מיוצר בהתאם ל-DIN 16085 וממלא את כל דרישות התקנים הרלוונטיים (EN 837-1) והתקנות להצגה באתר של לחץ העבודה של כלי לחץ.
כמגעי מתג זמינים: מגעי הצמדה מגנטיים (snap-action), מתגי קנה (reed switches) ומגעים אלקטרוניים. להפעלה של בקרי לוגיקה מתוכנתים (PLC) ניתן להשתמש במגעים אלקטרוניים ובמתגי קנה.
