الوصف

تُستخدم مقياسـات ضغط الحجاب الحاجز (Diaphragm) على نحو مُفضّل لنطاقات الضغط المنخفضة. ومن خلال مساحة التشغيل الكبيرة لعنصر الحجاب الحاجز الدائري المموج، يمكن قياس نطاقات الضغط الصغيرة بشكل موثوق.

اعتمادًا على النسخة، فإن الطرازين 432.56 و432.36 قادران، بدءًا من أصغر مدى تدريج 0 ... 16 mbar، على تحمل زيادة ضغط (Overload) مقدارها 40 أو 100 أو 400 bar دون أي تأثير لاحق على خصائص القياس الخاصة بهما.

يُصنَّع مقياس ضغط الحجاب الحاجز طرازي 432.56 و432.36 وفقًا للمعيار EN 837-3. إن التصميم عالي الجودة مناسب بشكل خاص للتطبيقات في صناعة المواد الكيميائية والبتروكيميائية، وصناعة النفط والغاز، والهندسة في مجال توليد الطاقة.

يحقق الهيكل والأجزاء الملامسة للوسط المصنوعة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ متطلبات عالية لمقاومة الوسائط العدوانية.

مقياس ضغط الحجاب الحاجز طراز 432.56

بالنسبة لمتطلبات المقاومة المرتفعة بشكل خاص، يمكن تصميم حجرة الضغط بمواد خاصة متنوعة مثل PTFE أو التنتالوم أو Hastelloy.

بالنسبة لقياس الوسائط شديدة اللزوجة أو التي تتبلور أو تكون ملوّثة، يُنصح باستخدام وصلة فلنجة توصيل مفتوحة. تتمتع فلنجة التوصيل المفتوحة بميزة مقارنة بالاتصال الملولب تتمثل في أنه لا يمكن أن تنسد فتحة الضغط.

يتيح رمز QR الموجود على القرص (dial) استرجاع معلومات خاصة بالجهاز مثل رقم التسلسل، ورقم الطلب، والشهادات، وبيانات المنتج الأخرى بسهولة وعلى المدى الطويل من الإنترنت.
