This is the quarterly service reminder for the unit, not a protective trip. Its shutdown type is None, so the chiller keeps operating while the message is on the display. The text asks that the quarterly service be carried out and that JCI be contacted in that connection. Because the event type is a Manual Reset Warning, the message remains until it is acknowledged and the service counter is returned to zero; it does not clear by itself.

2. When the service is complete, clear the warning and set the days counter back to zero, following the acknowledgment procedure below.

The acknowledgment itself is done in Maintenance Mode — Acknowledge in Maintenance Mode (press the Service Key, enter password 0726, press Enter) to set the counter back to zero days. With the counter back at zero days, the reminder stays off until the days since the last service again exceed 90.
