What it means
This message is a service reminder, not a fault: it tells you the chiller's 5 year service is due. The manual calls it a 5 year service reminder and classifies it as a Manual Reset Warning. It does not stop the machine — the shutdown type is None — so the chiller keeps running with the message on the display. The manual also notes that warnings are not logged in the history buffer.
Why it appears
- The days counter for the 5 year service has reached its limit: the warning is set when Days Since Last 5 Year Service >= 1825 Days. The unit's other manual phrases the same trigger as the days since the last service exceeding 1,825 days.
Setpoints and thresholds
- Set condition: Days Since Last 5 Year Service >= 1825 Days (1,825 days since the last service).
- Bypass Time: None; Trip Time: Instantaneous.
- Shutdown Type: None; Enable: Always; Allowed States: All.
Reset and restart
Because the message is a Manual Reset Warning, it stays on the display until it is acknowledged. The manuals give the acknowledge sequence in Maintenance Mode: Acknowledge in Maintenance Mode (press the Service Key, enter password 0726, press Enter) to set the counter back to zero days.
They also state the order of the work: When the 5 year service is complete, set the days to zero after clearing the warning.
