תיאור
מד לחץ דיאפרגמה דגם PG43SA-S תוכנן במיוחד בהתאם לדרישות של יישומים סניטריים.
העברת לחץ מכנית טהורה, תוך שימוש בעקרון מדידה באמצעות אלמנט הדיאפרגמה, ובטיחות גבוהה מפני עומס יתר מבטיחות מדידת לחץ בטוחה. הודות לתא המדידה היבש, הסיכון לזיהום המוצר בנוזל ההעברה נמנע. אלמנט הדיאפרגמה מרותך-בשטיפה בשילוב עם חיבורי התהליך האספטיים (למשל חיבור מהדק, VARINLINE ® , BioControl ® ) מאפשר חיבור ללא חלל מת.
מכשיר המדידה מתאים, למשל, כמד לחץ עצמאי לצורך אינדיקציה, ללא צורך בהזנת כוח עזר, על מכלים ניידים.

מד לחץ דיאפרגמה, מרותך-בשטיפה, דגם PG43SA-S
ה-PG43SA-S בתכנון היגייני ניתן לשימוש עבור CIP (ניקוי במקום) ו-SIP (סטריליזציה במקום) ובאזורים לשטיפה, וניתן, באופן אופציונלי, לעבור סטריליזציה מלאה באוטוקלב. כך ניתן לנקות את מכשיר המדידה בצורה אמינה ויעילה בזמן. בנקודה נוחה לגישה בחלק העליון של הגוף ניתן לתקן בקלות את נקודת האפס.
בהתבסס על אימות על ידי צד שלישי, דגם PG43SA-S תואם ל-3-A Sanitary Standard.
קוד ה-QR על החוגה מאפשר לאחזר בקלות ובטווח ארוך מידע ייחודי למכשיר כגון מספר סידורי, מספר הזמנה, תעודות ונתוני מוצר נוספים מהאינטרנט.
